Our own visitor counter (no cookies)

We count on our own server which pages are opened, how many people reach the menu and how often the phone and directions links are tapped. The counter sets no cookies and your IP address is not stored. The visitor ID is a temporary code derived from a key that changes every day and is never kept, so the same person counts as a new visitor the next day. If "Do Not Track" is enabled in your browser, the counter does not run at all.

Language choice

On your first visit the country of your IP address decides whether you see the Turkish or English version; the country is not stored. Your choice is kept in your browser (firuz-lang).

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click "Accept", Google Analytics loads and Google's cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are used for visit statistics; data is transferred to Google LLC. If you click "Decline" or make no choice, nothing is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Server logs

For security and attack detection our server keeps short-lived request logs that include IP addresses; they are used only to run the site and are never shared.

Third-party links

Google Maps (map and directions), Instagram and Tripadvisor links open those companies' pages; data processing there is governed by their privacy policies.
